Whitewater Rafting

This week I lost 2.6 pounds. After last week’s weigh-in, I took a mental break from my journey. I took my two daughters to a YMCA Y Guides camp experience with some other dads and their kids. We had a great weekend of whitewater rafting, ziplining, target practice and more. I didn’t pay much attention to what I ate and didn’t track it. I didn’t take my scale with me, and I didn’t do any exercise (though my daughter’s kept me moving.) When I got back home I felt refreshed and got back into my normal routine of eating though I did take the rest of the week off from exercise. I’m excited that I lost 2.6 pounds without any exercise this week.
