Puppy at beachNormally I try to pick out a picture from the week that represents my week or what I want to call out about the week. This week I was a bit under the weather and any pictures about that would not be something you would want to see. So this week, I picked a picture of a cute puppy at the beach.

I was not able to push myself very hard in exercise (missed 2 days, and 2 others were light.) I also let myself slide with my diet because I just didn’t feel great. This week I weighed in at 250.0, up 0.7 pounds. I’m really disappointed that I slid back to the 250 mark, but I’ll refocus for next week now that I’m feeling better.

Report Card

I’m tracking 5 key categories that I have learned impact me the most. Here is my report card for this week:

Total Calories Fail My average for the week was 2,767, a bit over my goal of 2,200.
Intermittent Fasting Pass My goal is to fast for 16 hours every day, and I hit that every day this week. Some days I was over 18 hours and this has become a natural part of my day that I don’t even think about that much.
Supplements Fail My goal with supplements is to make sure I have my NingXia Red every day, take my vitamins (Core Supplements) at least once a week, take Aminowise after workouts, and replace at least 3 meals a week with Slique Shake. I missed on all of these this week as my illness left me off-schedule.
Sugar Fail My goal is to average <60g of sugar per day and this week I averaged 105g this week. When I was sick, I allowed myself too much sugar, though quite a bit was from eating a lot of raisins this week.
Exercise Pass My target is 5×20 minute high-intensity workouts each week. This week I managed to get in 5 workouts, but they were not all high intensity due to my illness. Given the situation though, I’ll give myself a pass.
