Summer Neighborhood Swim TeamThis week I was down 2.9 pounds to 252.6. I have now lost over 90 pounds and 26.4% of my body weight! This week was the first week of Summer break from school and I got to spend a lot of time at the neighborhood swimming pool where my youngest swims. I am so grateful that my work allows me the flexibility to be with my family more and it is great motivation for me to keep pushing forward. I want to be able to be more active with my family. This week I was able to get in the pool and pick up and throw my daughter from the water like I used to when she was small. That is what this journey has always been about.

Report Card

I’m tracking 5 key categories that I have learned impact me the most. Here is my report card for this week:

Total Calories Pass My average for the week was 2,222, only 22 calories over my goal of 2,200. I think that is close enough to call it a pass for this week. I only had 1 day that I was over the target this week.
Intermittent Fasting Pass My goal is to fast for 16 hours every day, and I achieved that this week.
Supplements Pass My goal with supplements is to make sure I am getting my NingXia Red every day with Slique Essence, taking my vitamins (Core Supplements) at least once a week, and replacing at least 3 meals a week with Slique Shake. This week I achieved all 3.
Sugar Fail My goal is to average <60g of sugar per day and I averaged 74g this week. I did indulge in ice cream several times this week which resulted in me missing the target, but I was able to keep the overall calories in line.
Exercise Pass My target is 5 20 minute high-intensity workouts each week. This week I managed to get in 7 workouts and two of them were double workouts. As I get stronger, these workouts are more fun and I want to do more of them.
