NingXia RedThis week I was up 0.9 pounds to 255.5. After doing the cleanse last week and losing 2.2 pounds I think this week was a little bit flat as I re-adjusted. I was excited to get back into my exercise routine and really feel great. I have my glass of NingXia Red before I do my workout every day. Having to go shopping for new clothes and finding myself down 10 sizes was pretty exciting. I also hit a new low this week on body fat percentage at 21.9%. It will be a big day when I get that into the teens after starting at 37%.

Report Card

I’m tracking 5 key categories that I have learned impact me the most. Here is my report card for this week:

Total Calories Fail My average for the week was 2,584 slightly above my goal of 2,200. I’m ok with that for this week as I was intentionally trying to get back to a normal diet after the cleanse. Still a fail for the week, but I hit my goal 3 of the days and feel confident about next week.
Intermittent Fasting Pass My goal is to fast for 16 hours every day, and I achieved that this week.
Supplements Fail My goal with supplements is to make sure I am getting my NingXia Red every day with Slique Essence, taking my vitamins (Core Supplements) at least once a week, and replacing at least 3 meals a week with Slique Shake. This week I achieved 2 out of the 3, but I didn’t plan well and the cleanse left me out of Slique Shakes for this week. I already have my stock for next week.
Sugar Pass My goal is to average <60g of sugar per day and I averaged 55g this week.
Exercise Pass I was able to get in my goal of 5 workouts this week.
