NingXia and Slique EssenceThis week I managed to get in two workouts and am back to nearly 100%. It felt really good to get moving again. I ended up weighing in at 259.9, so I broke through the 260-pound barrier this week. That is only down .4 pounds on the week, but a big milestone for me.

Total Calories  Pass My average for the week was 2,075 calories per day against my target of 2,200. I was below on 5 out of the 7 days this week.
Intermittent Fasting  Pass My goal is to fast for 16 hours every day, and I made it all 7 this week. For me, this really helps me in achieving my overall calorie count and I feel great doing it.
Supplements Pass I had 2oz. of NingXia Red every day with a few drops of Slique Essence added.
Sugar Fail My goal is to average <60g of sugar per day and I was at 67g this week. I only hit my goal 3 days this week.
Exercise Fail I was able to get in 2 workouts this week. No heavy weights yet, but happy to be back in the gym.
