This week marked 4 months since I began this journey last October. This morning, I weighed in at 283.7, down 3.3 pounds from last week and a total of 59.5 pounds. At the end of last week, I was feeling a lot of pain in my shoulders, so I decided to take this week off from my strength training. I took a few days off from exercise altogether to rest and then got in 3 days of bodyweight circuits at the end of this week. I kept up my intermittent fasting plan and followed the same general eating plan as last week.

Progress

I did an updated side-by-side photo at the 4-month mark. I can really see a change in my face in this picture. Still a lot of work to go, but good progress.
