weight loss progressI started my journey to get healthy 7 weeks ago and I am really happy with the changes so far. I feel like I have learned how to manage eating out while making good choices and I have some great exercise options. Most importantly, I am seeing real results on the scale – today I weighed in at 305.5, down nearly 38 pounds from day 1.

Updating My Plan

As a result of my cleanse I made a few changes to My Plan. I have a different view of food and eating and as such, I added some info on portion sizes.

Weigh In

I weighed in today at 305.5 pounds, tantalizingly close to breaking the 300-pound barrier. That is a little extra inspiration for the next few weeks. My lean mass, muscle mass, and body fat numbers were up a bit over last week, but as I have discussed previously they seem to vary much more than the tolerances say they should. Long term, the trends are still in the right direction.Here are the details from my iHealth Core wireless scale today with comparisons to where I started:
