Weight Loss ProgressToday marks 5 weeks since I started this journey. I weighed in this morning at 317.9, which is a total loss to date of 25.3 pounds. Losing over 25 pounds in just 5 weeks is an amazing feeling and I am really excited to move down another ’10’ (from the 320s to the 310s).For the week it was a loss of 7.9 pounds. This week was definitely influenced by my 5-day cleanse challenge. I’m only on day 3, so follow along to see how it goes.
