When I started my health journey just over 4 weeks ago, I was wearing a size 46. In just 4 weeks I am already in need of smaller clothes!

Fitting Into Old Clothes

Over the last few days, I have been struggling to keep my pants up even with a belt. This is a great feeling! Fortunately, I have saved some of the clothes I had as I was gaining sizes over the last 10 years in a bin under my bed. I only kept the last 2 sizes, so once I drop the third size I’m going to have to go shopping. I’m not normally a fan of shopping for clothes, but when I get there I think it will feel like a reward and I’m looking forward to it.

Out With the Old

It is a great feeling to put aside all my 46 clothes and get out all the 44. The great news is that the size 44 clothes are not tight at all. I think I may be able to move another size pretty quickly.
