Well, day 1 is behind me. A few months ago I bought a fancy wireless scale and I weighed in this morning to log my initial measurements.
My official starting weight was 343.2 pounds. I plan to update here once a week with my progress. The nice thing with this scale is I get a lot of data plus it stores a history in the cloud so I will get nice charts on my phone.
Here are the details from my iHealth Core wireless scale today:
